This meal seems so out of the ordinary, but I love it! I must of ate it 3 times this past week. The flavors are so divine. I just made a big batch of Roasted Butternut Squash and used the left overs to make this pizza.
I used a Flat Out Wrap and baked this in the oven for 6 minutes and out came this delish, flavorful pizza!
You must try this if you have any leftover Butternut Squash!
Butternut Squash Pizza
1 Flat Out Wrap – A low carb tortilla will work to
1/2 Cup of Roasted Butternut Squash
1/4 Cup Onion – Sliced thin
1 oz of Goat Cheese
1 tsp of Olive Oil
1/2 Cup of fresh Spinach
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Line a baking sheet with Parchment Paper
Place the wrap onto the baking sheet
Spread Olive Oil onto pizza, add the butternut squash, onions, cheese and spinach
Bake for 6 minutes or until cheese is melted. Watch so the crust doesn’t burn!
Calories for the whole pizza: 256, Fat: 13, Cholesterol: 25, Sodium: 448, Carbs: 31, Fiber 13, Sugar 1.1, Protein: 16

This looks amazing! I use flat-out raps all the time, but for wraps. I would have never thought to use it as a pizza crust, I’m definitly going to try it out sometime soon!

Goat cheese is one of my favorite things in life. I can’t wait to make this! Great suggestion using the tortilla instead of pizza dough!
